Very good hotel and very clean the beds are flimsy and cheap but hey to stay there for free it’s great
The room was pretty clean, all the staff were terrific. Hallways and lobby had kind of a funky institutional smell. Other than that it's clean, safe and everyone is friendly.
I was happy with my stay, the only problem is if you don't have a car it's quite a walk to get anywhere, the rooms and staff were nice, laundry machines, vending machines, refrigerator and microwave, tv in the room....the bathrooms were recently renovated
Hotel is great. Room svce is very bad. I stayed for a week. They don't clean Just change the towels; sometimes. All else good.
This hotel isn't open to the public, it is only for Werner Enterprises truck drivers. Nice place for the drivers to stay when we are in town and need to do a reset or have our truck worked on. The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. I wish all the terminals had a hotel on site. Makes it really convenient.
The rooms are small but nice, the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly and nice, and each room has a microwave and refrigerator. It’s a safe place to stay out of the weather and the rates are good. Granted it’s not a five star luxury hotel but it’s clean and they work to keep it this way.
I was in a single room, came with microwave and mini fridge, also the bathroom was remodeled so that was a plus. The only issue I had was the carpet, very old and has a stinch which caused me to have to buy air freshener. Housekeepers did come everyday and provided clean linen and cleaned which was a plus and customer service was good as well
